A new chapter has begun on Adrishyam, but an old one might be coming to an end. Divyanka Tripathi’s Parvati has received divorce papers from her husband Vikram. Her family life suffered owing to Operation Siyasat and now, Operation Jawab. Vikram sent her divorce papers while she is on her mission. Episode 14 explores what happened since, and how her mission unfolded. Here’s a glimpse of it…
Divyanka kills it in the scene with Malik
When Malik tries to lure Parvati and her team by offering them Rs. 10 crores each, she has the best reaction. Malik asks her team to shoot Parvati, and on seeing that nothing is progressing that way, Parvati snubs at Malik. “Baith, baith, baithiye na,” she is heard saying, going from angry to smiling. She then goes on to instruct her team to treat him with Sikkim tea. “You enjoy yourself,” she says, before leaving with a khuda haafiz.
The call from Ravi
Eijaz Khan finally makes a cameo appearance. He makes a call, and Parvati informs him that Malik is in the safehouse. When she discusses Malik’s confidence, Ravi says that since Malik is very important for his organization, he would automatically be confident that he would be released from prison (here, the safehouse). Since Ravi has to take care of his personal matter, Parvati has to take care on the professional front.
Parvati gets divorce papers
Parvati’s husband Vikram visits his house and meets his mother. The latter is furious about the divorce papers he sent. She believes that Parvati and Khushi cannot be separated, and if he tries to do that, then she won’t side by him.
