Prabhas, without a doubt, has become one of the sensational stars in India post his 2015 film Bahubali. Meanwhile, the actor is now gearing up for another magnum opus Adipurush alongside Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan. Recently, director Om Raut talked about his mythological film and also called Prabhas the biggest star in India.

Raut, who is exceptionally impressed with the Radhe Shyam actor's persona, mentioned in a recent statement that Prabhas has the most expensive eyes and it's a reflection of his heart. "Prabhas without a doubt is the biggest star in India," the filmmaker added.

He further said, "I have managed to get Prabhas to convey the emotions that I have wanted him to, through his eyes."

After witnessing the actor's charm in the Radha Krishna Kumar directorial, the fans are eagerly waiting to witness his appearance in Adipurush.

Apart from Adipurush, Prabhas is also busy working on a few more highly anticipated movies including the Prashanth Neel directorial Salaar, Project K with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan, and Spirit, which is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Meanwhile, Adipurush is an adaptation of the Hindu epic Ramayana, which is set 7000 years ago from now. Prabhas is portraying the character named Raghava opposite Kriti Sanon's Janaki. Saif Ali Khan essays an antagonist character named Lankesh, while Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage are playing Lakshmana and Hanuman respectively.

The epic flick, which is made on the budget of Rs 500 crore, also has Vatsal Sheth and Trupti Toradmal in key roles. Adipurush is slated to release in theatres in Hindi and Telugu languages along with its dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada on January 12, 2023.
