An update on the movie Adios Amigo's theatrical release date was given by its makers. The comedy-drama will make its big screen premiere in Australia and the Gulf on August 9, as per the producers. There are no other Malayalam films scheduled for release in these countries this week.
The cast and crew recently shared a new poster that revealed the release date. The movie was originally slated to hit theatres on August 2, but it was delayed in remembrance of the numerous people who succumbed in the Wayanad landslides.

On August 9, the movie will open in theatres throughout the GCC and the UAE. Adios Amigo will be shown in 31 theatres in the United Arab Emirates, while 14 big screens have been set aside in Qatar. The producers have disclosed the full list of theatres showing the movie in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Onam, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. On the same day, it will also be shown in 25 theatres in Australia.
According to the trailer, the movie revolves around two random individuals who cross paths, embark on a journey together, and ultimately become friends. Asif Ali plays a free-spirited man with a strong financial background, and Suraj Venjaramoodu plays a man who is struggling financially. After getting together, they set out on an unexpected adventure that results in several amusing incidents. The two-minute trailer claims that the film is about their adventure, friendship, and the unanticipated challenges they face. Shine Tom Chacko, Ganapathy, Althaf Salim, Jinu Joseph, Salim Hassan, Anagha, Muthumani, and Riaa Saira are among the supporting cast members.
Thiruvananthapuram appeared to be the location of the story. Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha-fame Thankam wrote the script for the movie, which is being pitched as a full-fledged comedy drama. With Adios Amigo, Nahas Nazar makes his feature film directorial debut. Ashiq Usman has provided financial support for the film.
