Aavesham Box Office Collection Day 8 – The action-comedy film which features Fahadh Faasil in the lead role, has already emerged as the Vishu winner of 2024. When it completed the first 8 days of its release, the Jithu Madhavan directorial reportedly crossed the Rs. 60 crore mark at the worldwide box office. Interestingly, Aavesham is now set to emerge as the biggest solo hit in the career of its leading man Fahadh Faasil.
As the trade experts predicted earlier, Aavesham crossed the Rs. 60 crore mark at the worldwide box office, when it completed the first 8 days of its release. The action-comedy movie, which features Fahadh Faasil in the role of a don named Ranga, thus establishing a clear dominance over the other Vishu releases which hit the theatres on April 11, 2024 including Vineeth Sreenivasan directorial Varshangalkku Shesham, and Unni Mukundan starrer Jai Ganesh.
Reportedly, Aavesham has now collected over Rs. 63 crore at the worldwide box office, within the first 8 days of its release. When it comes to the Kerala box office, the Fahadh Faasil starrer is set to touch the Rs. 35 crore mark, in a day. The overseas collection of the Jithu Madhavan directorial, on the other hand, has crossed Rs. 28 crore.
If things proceed at the same rate, Aavesham will enter the Rs. 70 crore club of Malayalam cinema by the end of its second Saturday at the theatres, which is also the 10th day of its release. In that case, the Fahadh Faasil starrer will cross the Rs. 80 crore mark with its worldwide collection, by the time it completes its second weekend, aka the first 12 days of its release.

So, it is also safe to assume that Aavesham will emerge as Fahadh Faasil’s first-ever solo film to enter the Rs. 100 crore club, by the time it completes the first two weeks of its release. If that happens, the Jithu Madhavan directorial might also emerge as the fourth Malayalam film to enter the Rs. 100 crore club, in 2024. The movie also has the potential to cross the Rs. 125 crore mark at the worldwide box office, within its lifetime run.
