The film is directed by B Gopal and produced by Thandra Ramesh
Nine years after it commenced filming, Aaradugula Bullet, starring Gopichand, Nayanthara, Prakash Raj and Abhimanyu Singh in the lead roles, is gearing up for a theatrical release on October 8. The film's story is written by Vakkantham Vamsi and is directed by B Gopal, a name synonymous with successful action entertainers in the 80s and the 90s. Thandra Ramesh has produced the film under Jaya Balaji Real Media. Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Jaya Prakash Reddy play crucial roles in this action saga that'll lock horns with Krish's Konda Polam at theatres on its release day.
The film's story revolves around a concerned father and a wayward son. The father is largely concerned about the inability of his son to take charge of his life. The son even has a girlfriend with whom he's head-over-heels in love. When a bunch of goons lead by a ruffian causes harm to the father, the son rises to the occasion and teaches them a lesson. With Brahmanandam also playing an important role in the film, the audiences can expect a fair dose of comical relief. Gopichand and Nayanthara make for a good on-screen pair.
Aaradugula Bullet is certain to appeal to those who're fond of old school action dramas that play to the demands of the galleries. Mani Sharma's energetic soundtrack is another motivation for crowds to hit theatres. M Balamurugan is the cinematographer of the film with ace editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao part of the crew as well. It'll be interesting to see if B Gopal-styled entertainers will appeal to gen Z audiences. The filmmaker had previously directed Maska, starring Ram Pothineni, Hansika, Sunil and Sheela Kaur in key roles.
