Aankh Micholi: Release date of Abhimanyu Dassani-Mrunal Thakur starrer announced

The upcoming Sony Pictures film Aankh Micholi has finally got a release date. The family entertainer will be released in theatres on May 13,2022.
The film’s male lead Abhimanyu Dassani took to Instagram to make the announcement. The post featured a poster of the film, wherein the cast is seen all decked-up in traditional outfits. A large pair of spectacles and the words ‘ the most eye conic wedding of the year’ is also written across it.

Sony Pictures Films India unveils the release date of 2022’s big-ticket family entertainer #AankhMicholi. The film directed by Umesh Shukla is set to release in theatres on 13th May, 2022.’
The Meenakshi Sundareshwar actor also tagged the film’s cast and crew in the post as well.
Aankh Micholi stars Mrunal Thakur in the lead opposite Dassani. The film also features Paresh Rawal, Sharman Joshi, Divya Dutta, Abhishek Banerjee, Darshan Jariwala, Grusha Kapoor and Vijay Raaz.
The film is directed by Umesh Shukla, who also serves as a producer. The filmmaker is perhaps most well known for helming the acclaimed comedy film OMG – Oh My God! as well as the Amitabh Bachchan starrer 102 Not Out.
Shukla had earlier said that Aankh Micholi is a film that’s close to his heart and one that families can enjoy together, according to Bollywood Hungama.
