Aamir Khan is currently busy preparing his upcoming film, 'Sitare Zameen Par.' The actor is now making headlines for his upcoming projects which has already gotten fans excited. Mr. Perfectionist is currently in discussions with multiple filmmakers for his upcoming endeavors including Rajkumar Santoshi's comic caper, as well as Lokesh Kanagaraj's upcoming superhero film. Aamir Khan is discussing a ‘Superhero Film’ with Lokesh Kanagaraj
According to a recent report by Pinkvilla, Aamir Khan has been meeting Lokesh Kanagaraj over the past few months as they are discussing various ideas for a potential collaboration. A source told the portal, "Lokesh and Aamir have met multiple times, and the concept that has piqued their interest is a superhero film." The source further added, "The one idea that has excited both of them is a superhero film and Lokesh is now looking to develop the same with his team of writers, before pitching the first draft to Aamir.”
The report further added that Khan is currently busy with his upcoming film Sitare Zameen Par and will soon decide on one of his next projects which also includes Rajkumar Santoshi, Zoya Akhtar, or Avinash Arun after that in 2025. "Lokesh is also committed to finishing Coolie and Kaithi 2 by then. If all goes well, the superhero film could begin production in 2026," the source added.
On the other hand, Aamir Khan is also contemplating a sequel to his 2008 hit film Ghajini. Talking about the same, the source informed that the actor is in discussions with producer Allu Aravind and Madhu Mantena where he is discussing the possibility of Ghajini 2. "He believes the story has room to grow into a series, but he’s waiting on a strong script before moving forward," said the source.
