At the release of the Laal Singh Chaddha song Phir Na Aisi Raat Ayegi Aamir Khan talked candidly about his first heartbreak. The Laagan actor shared his heart's content during a live interview with some Indian producers, recalling the times he played tennis and how he was heartbroken when the girl he loved left the country.

Aamir's first love at the time, however, remained a mystery because she was not aware of his affections for her. The superstar said that they were both members of the same tennis club at the time, and one day he learned that she had left the country with her family. Aamir was devastated, and it was tough since she didn't know.

He did, however, say that if there was one benefit to the lady leaving, it was that he developed into a fantastic tennis player, competing in state-level tournaments.

The actor recalled that, subsequently, he played tennis in state-level tournaments and became a state-level champion.

Aamir still considers the mysterious female in his life to be a close friend. The actor claims that she is unaware of Aamir's unfulfilled love for her and how devastated he was when she departed.
