Aalambana teaser: Vaibhav plays the lead in this fantasy thriller which features a bevy of actors

The makers of Aalambana starring Vaibhav and Parvati in lead roles, have come up with its teaser. The two-minute video provides a glimpse into the movie's story. Tipped as a fantasy thriller with loads of comedy and action in it, the film is directed by Pari K Vijay and bankrolled by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the banner of KJR Studios.

The teaser begins with a fortune teller predicting that a rich man will be able to lead an even better life after the arrival of his grandson. However, things turn topsy-turvy with the arrival of his grandson.

The movie's story revolves around two goons who are after a magic lamp. But the protagonist gets it, after which a genie (played by Munishkanth) becomes his slave, changing his life forever. However, things become serious when the two goons start chasing the protagonist. What will happen to him?

Anandraj, Robo Shankar, Pandiyaraj, Murali Sharma and Kabir Singh play key roles in the movie which has music by Hip Hop Adhi. Vinoth Rathinasamy and San Lokesh have handled the movie's cinematography and editing respectively. Peter Hein has choreographed action sequences for the project.

The makers had earlier announced that though not a big budget film, Aalambana is a VFX-heavy project. The movie which has been shot in Mysore, Chennai and Pondicherry will have a theatrical release in January.

Aalambana was earlier in the news when Pari said that the team had continuously shot for three days for a crucial sequence in it. The project, which went on floors in 2019, had its first look revealed earlier this year.
