Prithviraj Sukumaran has been turning no stones, while experimenting with different roles in his career. The Salaar star's upcoming survival thriller Aadujeevitham aka The Goat Life has to be one of the most-anticipated Malayalam films of the year. As the release date of the film nears, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has unveiled the latest poster from the film. Sharing the poster on his social media handles, the actor wrote in the caption - “#TheGoatLife…dekhne ki cheez hai!! (translation: it's a must watch!)
The new poster showcases the Salaar actor in an unkempt look with visible wound marks on his face. Large, mournful eyes with tears running down his cheek, Prithviraj’s Najeeb looks every bit helpless. Netizens termed his look from the film ‘a masterpiece’ and hailed the actor’s dedication towards the making of the film.

In a recent event, director Blessy opened up about how he began working on the film and his collaboration with writer Benyamin. The acclaimed director revealed that it was in 2009 that he and Benyamin had decided to collaborate on adapting the novel (Aadujeevitham) into a film. The director revealed that they came across various challenges during that period, however, they did not let go of the project. Benyamin also mentioned that Blessy’s zest and commitment towards the project was commendable. “He continued pursuing it, and even neglected his health,” the author added.
Prithviraj, who had undergone a remarkable transformation to essay the role of Najeeb, revealed that Aadujeevitham was one of the ‘most difficult films to make as he had to push his limits both physically and mentally’. “I knew The Goat Life was a difficult film to make, and I was fully aware of the challenges I’d face throughout the making of the film,” he added.
