Aadujeevitham, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Amala Paul, will release in theatres worldwide on March 28.
Director Blessy gave an explanation for his decision to create a website for his upcoming movie, Aadujeevitham, which features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role. He was speaking at the film’s website launch event in Kochi today (February 26).
The survival thriller's director stated that he wanted the audience to learn more and appreciate the roles that the cast and crew played in the production. He continued by saying that this might be the first time in Malayalam film history that a movie has a website that describes the team behind Aadujeevitham's efforts. "An additional feature of the website is that it showcases various perspectives of the locations, such as night and day views," he explained.

Blessy added that it is even more remarkable that renowned music director A R Rahman travelled to Kochi to introduce this website. "This may be the first time I am speaking with members of the media after the movie's production is over," he continued.
He said he had originally approached the musician about a song, but that things changed following a number of re-recordings. "He recognised the potential for music in this project," Blessy stated.
The Thanmathra director expressed his happiness over the website launch and extended a warm invitation to the media to attend the audio premiere of Aadujeevitham in Kochi on March 10. The survival thriller will release in theatres worldwide on March 28.
Aadujeevitham, the dream project of Blessy, is based on Benyamin's 2008 Malayalam novel of the same name. It is based on a real-life incident that happened in the life of Najeeb, a Malayali immigrant labourer who is sold into slavery to herd goats on a remote farm in a desert.
Amala Paul and Haitian artiste Jimmy Jean-Louis are also playing prominent roles in this movie. The camera work for the film has been overseen by K U Mohanan. A R Rahman has composed the soundtracks and original score for Aadujeevitham.
