Sacnilk claims that Aadujeevitham made a total of Rs 7.75 crore from all Indian languages, which is a fantastic beginning for this survival thriller. The theatre occupancy rate in Kerala was 57.79 percent on Day 1 of this movie.
With Kannada accounting for 4.14 percent, Tamil for 17.84 percent, Telugu for 14.46 percent, and Hindi for 4.14 percent, the film had an impressive occupancy rate in big screens across the country.

The movie generated a lot of excitement, and according to reports, it sold over 63,000 tickets in the 13 hours that it was available for pre-booking, grossing Rs 1.3 crore in Kerala. According to sources, Aadujeevitham had a pre-sale of more than Rs 9 crore globally. The movie was also released in theatres on the same day in the USA, UK, and UAE, with the exception of other GCC nations owing to censorship concerns.
