Yami Gautam starrer A Thursday has been released and has been gathering immense lauds and appreciation across the country due to the performances, the social message it conveys among other things. The latest thriller also stars Neha Dhupia, Atul Kulkarni, Karanvir Sharma in pivotal roles.

Meanwhile, in a recent promo of The Kapil Sharma Show, Yami, Neha and Atul were seen promoting their film and having some fun time with the host himself. During a conversation with the Sanak actor, Kapil revealed to the audience that during the shoot of her 2007 film Dus Kahaniyaan, the actress asked his co-star to wash his hands five times before shooting a hand-kissing scene with him. The co-actor of Neha was none other than Mahesh Manjrekar.

The official IG handle of Sony TV shared the promo clip and mentioned in the caption, "Team #AThursday ke kalakaaron ke saath hogi masti dhamaal, @kapilsharma ke ghar waale bhi dikhayenge apna kamaal! Dekhiye #TheKapilSharmaShow, iss Shani-Ravi raat 9:30 baje, sirf Sony par. (sic)."

Moving on Kapil also made fun of the fact that in the Behzad Khambata directorial Yami demands Rs 5 crore as a ransom for kidnapping 16 kids. "I would have finalized it in Rs 5 Lakhs," said the comedian and laughed.

A Thursday, which was released on February 17 on Disney+ Hotstar, has been bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala and Premnath Rajagopalan under the banners named RSVP Movies and Blue Monkey Films respectively and also features Dimple Kapadia in a significant role.
