7:11 PM OTT release date: When and where to watch Saahas Pagadala, Deepika Reddy’s sci-fi thriller

The popularity for thrillers has been on the rise across multiple languages in Indian cinema in the recent years. For a restless generation that needs something nail-biting to keep them invested, the genre is an obvious choice. A small-budget futuristic sci-fi thriller titled 7: 11 PM had released in theatres this July 7, 2023. The film, which had a moderate response at the box office, earned good reviews.

Saahas Pagadala, Deepika Reddy played the lead roles in 7:11 PM, directed by Chaitu Madala, who also wrote the dialogues and the screenplay. Naren Yanamadala, Madhuri Ravipati, Vani Kanneganti bankrolled the thriller under Arcus Films. Nearly two months after its theatrical release, the film is finally out on OTT. Leading streamer Amazon Prime Video acquired its digital rights.

The OTT platform premiered the film today, much to the delight of viewers. The film, alternating between multiple timelines, revolves around Ravi, an IPS aspirant, who loves Vimala but accidentally lands in a bus that takes him to Australia in 2024. Meanwhile, he realises his girlfriend was murdered 25 years before. How does he go back in time to rescue her? Watch out to know more.

Tess Walsh, Raghu Karumanchi, Dr. Bharat Reddy, Rising Raju played other pivotal roles in the film. Leading production house Mythri Movie Makers distributed the film at the time of its release. Chaitu Madala, Hemant K Bhatnagar jointly wrote the story for 7:11 pM. Siva Shankar and Fabio Capodivento cranked the camera and Srinu Thota is the editor.

Gyaani scored the music for the film. Kiran Kumar Manne, Jai Logishetty are the art directors and Ohm Ramesh is the VFX supervisor. Ravindra Anne is the co-director and Mudassar Mohammad is the costume designer. “7:11 PM has an interesting plot but falls short in execution. The poorly developed subplots, casting, and lack of engaging thrills make this film a tedious watch,” OTTplay.com's critic wrote about the film.
