Pradeep Ranganathan's Love Today has completed one year since release. The film, which hit screens on November 4, 2022, went on to become one of the most talked about films of the year and emerged as a blockbuster. Love Today marked the acting debut of Pradeep Ranganathan, who had also written and directed the film. This was his second venture as a director after his debut with Jayam Ravi's Comali.
Pradeep says one year went by too fast
As the film clocked one year today, Pradeep Ranganathan took to his social media handle to share his feelings. Replying to a tweet by the film's production house AGS Entertainment on celebrating one year of release, Pradeep wrote, "Love today still loved today Thank you so much for all the love . I m always grateful to the audience. I love you . This one year was so fast (sic)."
Film gets a re-release on the big occasion
To celebrate one year of film's release, AGS Entertainment, which bankrolled the film, is organising a special show at AGS Cinemas today. The production house made the announcement on its social media handle, "Thank you for your wonderful love for #LoveToday!! We are incredibly grateful to the audiences for having made it such a big hit!! Let's celebrate #1YearOfLoveToday at #AGSCinemas tomorrow! Book your tickets now (sic)."

The star cast comprises Pradeep Ranganathan, Ivana, Raveena Ravi, Yogi Babu, Sathyaraj and Radikaa Sarathkumar. Music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman and editing by Pradeep E Ragav. The film is bankrolled by AGS Entertainment.

Pradeep will be seen next in Vignesh Shivan's upcoming film and the duo dropped the announcement with a quirky video. In the video, Pradeep is seen handing over a plate of 'dates' to Vignesh and the latter thanks him for the same. However, there has been no update about the film thereafter.
