In an interview with OTTplay, Uorfi Javed spoke about getting botox and fillers done to her face. The actress stated she wasn't bullied or judged for her facial features.

Uorfi Javed is a social media sensation. The actress rose to fame because of her unconventional fashion choices and paparazzi appearances. Recently, Uorfi got a reality series of her own on Amazon Prime Video. With Follow Kar Lo Yaar, Javed gave an unfiltered sneak peek into her real life. Post the show's release, OTTplay did an exclusive interaction with Uorfi and she spoke about her 'personal choice' of getting botox and fillers done.

Uorfi Javed: "I wasn't bullied or judged"

In a conversation with OTTplay, Uorfi Javed stated she wasn't judged for her facial features. It was the actress' personal choice to get botox and fillers done to her face. She said, "I wouldn't say that I was bullied or judged and that's why I got them done. I was not confident. Mujhe lagta tha ki daat sahi hote, naak thodi sahi kara lu ya lips should be more pouty. (I felt my teeth, nose, and lips should be a certain way)."

The actress added, "It was just a personal choice. There was no pressure from anywhere." Continuing the conversation with us, Uorfi opened up about how her temperamental nature has cost her a few things in life. The actress admitted that she also gets angry with her staff but regrets it later.

"I get very hyper at my staff for 5 to 10 minutes ki 'What is this, what is that? This is not ready!' But then, I realise zyada gussa kar diya," said Uorfi. Talking about her temperamental nature, Javed added, "It has cost me my friendships and it has cost me my peace."

Uorfi Javed's professional journey

Uorfi Javed acted in a few television shows and participated in Bigg Boss OTT as a contestant. Unfortunately, her journey ended and she became the first contestant to be eliminated from the reality show. Her current project is Follow Kar Lo Yaar, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on August 23, 2024. She is yet to announce her new projects.
