Nusrat Jahan: Yash would get a 10 on 10 as a father. As a partner, he doesn’t need to be rated

This august, actress Nusrat Jahan will complete one year of her motherhood. The actress, who has been balancing her professional and family commitment with elan, talked about how her partner, Yash, is a hands-on father. She added that the actor would get the ‘best dad’ award. Recently, Nusrat completed Shieladitya Moulik’s political drama Mastermoshai Apni Kichu Dekhenni. Yash is also there in the film. While the post-production is in legal complications because of the clash between Yash and the makers, the actress is busy with the preparations for her son Yishaan’s first birthday.

In an interview with Etimes, Nusrat said that Yash will score a perfect 10 as a father. She also said that he could get the ‘Best Dad’ award. Answering a question about Yash’s score as a partner, she said that he doesn’t need to be rated. “As a father, Yash would get a 10 on 10. As a partner, he doesn’t need to be rated,” she said. The actress also said that of all the duties they perform, both of them ensure to enjoy their time together.

While explaining the romance between Yash and Nusrat, the actress confessed that they share a ‘weird connection’. She said that while staying together seems tough, it is also unavoidable. “During our journey, we went through our phases of ups and downs, and there’s a lot more to come. I am looking forward to it,” she said.

Meanwhile, when it comes to Yishaan, both of them take decisions together. For example, it is both the actor and the actress’ decision to keep their son away from social media. “Yash’s elder son has been kept away from the media too. We want them to grow and live their respective lives without any tags, special preferences, or attention,” said the actress.
