Music Shop Murthy is all set to hit the screens on June 14, 2024. With only a day left for the film to release, the makers hosted a media interaction and the entire cast and crew attended the event and made it a grand success. But the highlight of the evening was Ajay Ghosh, who plays the main lead in Music Shop Murthy.

Speaking about the film, Ajay Ghosh says that Music Shop Murthy is a heart-touching film that will impress one and all. "I am sure you will love the film. I am openly revealing my mobile number to you, and if anyone does not like the film, you can call and abuse me as you like," said Ajay in a funny manner.

Ajay says that the moment he heard the story, he connected to it in a big way. As he faced so many situations himself in his life, being from a lower middle-class family, this character was quite easy to perform.

Chandini Chowdary plays the female lead in this film, and speaking about her, Ajay says that she is a gifted actress and has come up the hard way in her career. "Chandini plays the role of Anjana in Music Shop Murthy. Her character drives the story, and the scenes between me and Chandini are quite endearing in the film," says Ajay.

Siva Paladugu has directed this film and the trailer has caught the imagination of one and all. Speaking about the script, Ajay says that the manner in which Siva has executed the emotions that a family goes through when the father, at age 50, says he wants to become a DJ has been showcased in a superb manner.

Ajay Ghosh is known to play mostly negative roles in films and adds that Music Shop Murthy is a coming-of-age family drama that is contemporary and relatable to many. "I am sure that all those who watch the film will not be disappointed one bit, and the word of mouth will surely bring more audiences to the theatres," says Ajay Ghosh.

Music Shop Murthy is also releasing several other films, including Harom Yaram and Yevam. So, we need to see how the film fares in such competition. The makers have also locked a lucrative OTT deal as per the news, and we will update which platform has bagged the OTT rights of Music Shop Murthy.
