The actress essayed the character of Tehzeeb, while John was seen as Ashutosh. This easy-breezy romantic can be viewed on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. As per the streaming platform, Salaam-e-Ishq is a story about six couples who face problems in their lives when fate forces them to move away from their beloved partners.

The film's storyline revolves around a bartender who dies after being shot by a politician's son and it also sheds light on her sister's struggle to find justice for her death.
