Written and directed by Avinash Arun, Three of Us is a Hindi film, starring Shefali Shah, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Swanand Kirkire. The movie had a theatrical release on November 3, 2023. Upon its release, the film was well appreciated by the audience as well as critics. More than a month after Three of Us's theatrical run, the movie is now set for its OTT release. Avinash Arun's Three of Us revolves around the life of Shailaja Desai, struggling with dementia, who takes a trip to Konkan along with her husband Dipankar. On her trip, Shailaja confronts her past and thus begins her journey of hope and liberation. This storyline struck the right chord with the audience upon its the film's theatrical release. At a time when OTT space is filled with hard-hitting thrillers, a slice-of-life film like Three of Us could make for an easy-breezy watch this weekend.
